Points for a successful plan

  • Tasks should be quantified = You need to be able to measure where you stand and, what are the next steps you need to take.
  • Plan for the short term - Tasks should be achieved in a Q. Longer goals should be broken to smaller tasks
  • Make sure you put reasonable goals that are reachable. Adding goals that are too far-fetched might cause frustrations.
  • Don’t Pursue Too Many Goals At Once, focus on 2-3 tops
  • Engage In Regular Self-Reflection - It is OK to change goals or calibrate tasks
