  2. Preparing the questions to be asked that will get us validating. Rehearse the entire interview.
  3. Scouting out the venue and mapping out logistics
  4. Advertising for partecipants
  5. Screening the partecipants and scheduling time slots

Try to full understand what their experience is like

Solution Interview

  3. What do you think the ratings are based on?
  4. This is the page .... What do you think is going on here?
  5. What do you think of the “Apply Now” button? Where do you think it will take you?
  6. You might have noticed that we don’t display ... Would that be an issue for you?
  7. Would you be comfortable applying to this facility without contacting it first?

Interview Phase

  1. Prepping the venue
  2. Partecipants payments, cafè + tipping
  3. Conduct the interview
  4. Taking succinct notes

Analysis Phase

  1. Aggregate data captured
  2. Debrief team members
  3. Client’s feedback
